These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SettingsCheck application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SettingsCheck is an iOS application that audits your iPhone's privacy, security, battery, and performance settings. The App generates a score from 0 to 100, provides actionable recommendations, and offers deep links to the relevant Settings pages so you can fix issues quickly.

2. Important Limitations

The App is an informational tool for general guidance. You understand and agree that:

• The App reads device settings using standard iOS APIs and provides recommendations based on general best practices.
• Scores and recommendations are advisory and may not reflect all aspects of your device's security or privacy posture.
• The App does not modify any settings on your behalf — all changes are made by you through the Settings app.
• The App is not a substitute for professional security auditing or IT consultation.
• Some recommendations may not apply to all users or use cases.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to misrepresent the security status of a device
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limitations
• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with an overall score, 2 category sub-scores, top 3 recommendations, and 1 deep-link fix per audit.
• Premium Monthly: $2.99/month for all 4 category sub-scores, unlimited recommendations, unlimited fixes, full history, score widget, and no ads.
• Premium Annual: $19.99/year (save 44%) with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Data

All audit results, scores, and recommendation history are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or store your audit data on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE SCORES AND RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on audit scores or recommendations
• Security or privacy incidents on your device
• Settings changes you make based on the App's recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
